This square cover is designed to protect your high-backed lounge chair with slightly lower armrests. The back of this cover is higher than the front. The cover protects your lounge chair and possibly your cushions (depending on the quality of your cushions and not for long) from the weather. The high quality materials protect against rain, dirt, and sunlight. The Oxford polyester used in this cover is solution-dyed. It has a breathable and water-repellent PU coating. This fabric has little to no discolouration and is therefore resistant to sunlight. It is also heavier than normal. The advantage of this is that it is silent in the wind. Despite the heavier material, the cover is easy to handle thanks to the side handles. Special attention has been paid to the seams, which are double stitched and taped with PVC tape on the inside.
The breathable fabric and air vents allow condensation to escape from the inside of the cover. This reduces the risk of condensation on the inside of your cover. The elasticated drawstring at the bottom of the cover ensures a snug fit and keeps the cover securely in place. For extra security in strong winds, the cover has a click-close strap that you can attach around the leg or frame of your chair. The free RWSC (Raffles Water Shedding Cushion) ensures that rainwater does not sit on your cover and cause puddles. This is not the only thing you get for free, as a free storage bag is also included.
The attractive taupe colour is subtle and will look good in any garden. We also have covers in this colour for all your other garden furniture!

fitting the chair
I have just received this chair cover and pleased it fits. Our furniture is an old set of Marta Steward Living and this chair is wide, but it fits nicely. I don't know of durability, but will know after it goes through a year of Yorkshire weather. It is weather resistant and best of all keeps the pollen off the chair. Happy with my purchase.
