Shipping
Here you will find all the information related to shipping orders placed in the webshop.
The promise we make to our customers is that all orders placed on (business) days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day to be delivered the next day to an address in the Netherlands or Belgium. Please note that during the holiday period, shipping companies sometimes experience delays in their delivery process. As a result, your parcel may take slightly longer to arrive.
Returning
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it is of course possible to return your products. Always register them online first, this way we have the correct details immediately and can process your return quickly. You can register your return here.
Return within 14 days:
You may return your items within 14 days of receipt. This period starts the day after you received your items. You are allowed to try on the product as you would in a physical shop. In doing so, you can remove the product from its packaging. Of course, trying on and trying on covers is no problem at all. However, we consider covers with cat and dog hairs to be used.
If you have done more than was necessary to try on the product, we may charge you for this.
Incomplete returns will be charged. For example, in the case of missing accessories.
How to do it:
- Submit your return online, via our return portal.
- Return the products as much as possible in (but always including) the original packaging
- Take the parcel to a shipping point near you.
Costs:
Returns cost money, except if the items are broken or incorrect. Please contact us for this. So you bear the cost of the return yourself.
Refund:
You will receive a refund of all payments, including any delivery costs for the return shipment, within 14 days. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay, unless you agree another method with us. You will bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
