High-quality material for long-lasting protection
Every cover in the RSUN series is made from robust 600D Premier Solution Dyed Oxford polyester (approx. 230 g/m²), comparable to the fabric used for quality sports bags and outdoor rucksacks. The inside is finished with a water-repellent, breathable TPU coating. This material:
- protects against rain, snow, hail, dirt, green deposits and bird droppings
- is water-repellent and as a fabric is waterproof
- is UV- and frost-resistant, suitable for all seasons
- is solution dyed, so the colour stays attractive and colourfast for longer
- is PFAS-free in the latest models
The double-stitched seams are finished on the inside with PU tape, which makes them extra strong and splashproof.

The RSUN fabric is breathable and the covers are equipped with Airvents (ventilation caps) for improved air circulation under the cover:
