Parasol cover stick is made of aluminium. This material is just a bit stiffer and stronger than the usual fibreglass material.
The total length of the spring is 280 cm. As the stick is 5-piece, it is very easy to shorten it to 225, 170 and 115 cm.
But you can also easily shorten the stick to the centimetre with a hacksaw.
The stick is 11 mm thick.
How to customize the stick:
1) Remove the cap at the end of the stick
2) Detach the elastic band
3) Remove one or more parts
3) Tension the elastic again
5) Tie the elastic to the cap
6) Cut away the excess elastic
7) Stick is ready
