This protective cover is suitable for a table with 6 chairs. The chairs must be able to be pushed under the table properly, otherwise the cover will not fit. To make sure this cover will fit, measure the distance from the backs of the chairs and the length of the table. You do need 5 cm slack in the length or in the width, this protective cover fits over a set of 175 x 110 cm or a set of 180 x 105 cm. If your set is slightly larger, you could opt for the RDS180135 or the RDS190125.
All these covers are qualitatively the same, with the same comforts and specifications. The covers are made of a nice sturdy, frost-resistant non-shiny material, 600D Oxford polyester, the same material that is used for quality backpacks. The protective covers therefore do not make any noise in strong winds. In addition, this material is Solution Dyed, which means that it is fairly colour-fast and also UV-resistant. Airvents are fitted on the side, these are ventilation holes, which ensure the correct air circulation and the drainage of condensation. This prevents mould and mildew, and if you have iron furniture: rust and corrosion.
The outside is water-repellent, the inside has a PU coating. The seams are double stitched and then taped with PVC tape. This makes the seams splash-proof. A free water shedding cushion is also included to remove excess rainwater. You place this under the cover so that no water remains on it. Because the covers are quite large, they are equipped with handles in strategic places so that you can easily put the cover on and off. Once you have removed the cover, you can store it in the free storage bag supplied. To get the cover nice and tight around the garden set, the cover is fitted with an elastic drawstring with 2 stoppers. The cover also has a click-close-strap, this is a kind of tensioning strap that you can wrap around a table leg. This tension strap ensures that your cover stays in place during a heavy storm.
