This protective cover is suitable for a corner lounge sofa where one side is longer than the other. We always assume that you are sitting on the sofa, when determining whether you need a left or right version. If the longest side in this is on your left, choose the RHS280200left. If the longest side of your lounge sofa is on the right, then select the RHS280220right. If you find this difficult, you can also look at the photo with the dimensions. You will receive the model as shown in the photo.
The protective covers of Raffles Covers have several unique features that distinguish them from other covers. The most unique is that Raffles Covers has sizes and models that are not available anywhere else. In addition, the protective cover has the following features. The material is thicker than usual, 230g/m², making it silent in the wind. It is made of 600D Oxford polyester. As the thread is Solution Dyed, the fabric will not discolour. The PU coating on the inside makes the cover breathable. This is further enhanced by the air vents. The benefits are numerous, improved air circulation, reduced condensation, minimised mould and mildew and reduced rust as well as corrosion. The material is waterproof and water-repellent. In addition, the material is UV-resistant and hardy.
The handles on the cover make it very easy to put it on and take it off. Storing this rather large protective cover is also easy, as the bag provided is extra spacious. To fit the cover neatly around the lounge sofa, the hem has a drawstring with two stoppers. This ensures a better fit. To prevent it from blowing away, straps with clip fasteners are attached. To prevent puddles of rainwater staying on your cover, two RWSC (Raffles Water Shedding Cushions) are included. If you slide these inflatable cushions, each 1 metre 60 cm long, in a strategic position under your cover, the rainwater will run off.

Mooie hoes, dikke kwaliteit, prima kleur
We hadden een loungeset gekocht, en tijdens het zoeken naar een passende hoes bleek dat de maten van onze hoekbank (271 cm x 207 cm) en loungetafel (75 cm x 145 cm) niet zo heel standaard zijn. Na een zoektocht kwamen we uit bij de hoezen van Raffles en vonden daar passende hoezen. We twijfelden eerst over de kleur, hadden liever antraciet of zwart gehad. Toen we de hoezen binnen kregen, viel de kleur ons 100% mee. Het staat zelfs veel mooier / vriendelijker dan antraciet of zwart. De hoezen zijn van een stevige kwaliteit gemaakt, voelen degelijk aan, hebben een (voor onze set) goede pasvorm en het regenwater loopt er prima van af. De meegeleverde kussens zorgen ervoor dat er geen plassen op de hoezen blijven liggen. Enige minpunt vinden wij het aantal ingenaaide strips, waarmee je de hoes kunt vastmaken aan de loungebank en tafel. Bij de bank zijn dat slechts 3 strips en de tafelhoes slechts 1 strip. Als het een beetje waait, bolt de hoes op en waait er deels van af. Wij bestellen nu extra bevestigingsklemmen bij Tuinmeubelhoesshop, zodat opwaaien wordt voorkomen. Wij adviseren dan ook deze klemmen er direct bij te bestellen. Maar verder: top product!
